NOTE: New feature, you can now ship to multiple addresses. Most shipping or delivery charges are approximately $11.00-$12.00 if the charge shows higher, it could be the weight of the item, or distance. Unless you are shipping overnight the charge should be reasonable. Thank you!
1. All orders ship or deliver from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Your shipping time may take from 1-5 business days depending on the recipient's distance from Pittsburgh. See map above for shipping times (click to enlarge). Remember, number of days does not include weekends (Sat. or Sun.).
2. Shipping and handling charges range from $11.00 and up for ground shipping, $14 and up for two-day air,and $21 and up for next day air. Prices increase depending on size & weight of the gift and the distance from Pittsburgh. Note: There is no ground service to Alaska or Hawaii (next-day air or two day air only.)
3. Delivery charges (Pittsburgh area only) are approximately $10.50. Order can be usually delivered same day (Mon.-Sat.) if order is placed before 11:00 am EST.
4. We ask for daytime phone numbers only to handle any questions we may have regarding your order. * We do not share this information with anyone.*
5. We ask for recipient's phone number only to assist us, if there are any problems with the delivery, we only call in emergency situations.
6.UPS delivers and picks up only Mon-Fri., If you desire a Saturday delivery, you must pay for Next Day Air service + $13.50 Saturday delivery charges
7. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
8.We do not ship UPS to patients in hospitals or guests in hotels.
9.Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm EST and we are open 9 to 12 on saturday. If you place your order after these hours, we will not receive your order until the next business day. Make sure that you allow extra time for shipping.
10.Our final check for Web orders is 3:30 PM ET, to be shipped the same day. After that time, we cannot ship until the next business day.
11. If you are shipping to an apartment building, UPS will not leave the package without a signature.
12. Shipping to a commercial location is usually safer, because someone will be there to sign for the gift. It also guarantees the delivery day date.
13. We need a complete address for delivery or shipping. Recipient's name, a street address, company name (if any), suite or room number, apartment number, department name, zip code, etc. If you do not provide us with accurate information, the gift may not be able to be delivered and/or you may be charged an address correction fee.
14. If you ship to a large business or large institution, we recommend that you call the mail room of the company to let them know a gift is coming. Some companies may take some time to sort through the many UPS shipments, and may not get the gift to your recipient the same day.
15. The gifts marked as oversize can be shipped air. The web page,however, will not accurately calculate the air shipping charges. If you like, we can email you the actual total. Let us know that in the "comments" section.
